An Unforgettable Evening Celebrating 25 Years of Peter’s Place

The 25th Anniversary Celebration Benefit & Auction, presented by IMC Construction, was a powerful evening at Aronimink Golf Club on Saturday, April 26.

Our incredible Co-Chairs, Eileen Myers and Jenny Ward, along with Honorary Chair Eleanor Godin, brought compassion and energy to the room as guests gathered to toast Jane McNeil’s leadership and commitment to our mission while also honoring 25 years of grief support.

From heartfelt candle tributes, where guests honored loved ones with personal messages, to moving reflections on the recent passing of dedicated donor Rick Ill and a letter to Peter Morsbach of the 25-year journey Peter’s Place has endured, the evening created meaningful space for remembrance, healing, and connection.

Guests were deeply moved by Jane McNeil’s heartfelt remarks, which reflected her own personal grief journey and commitment to Peter’s Place and its mission.

An inspiring Raise Your Paddle, led by Board Member Tom McCabe and Board Member and Peter’s best friend Chandler Hoopes, demonstrated the strength, compassion, and generosity of this extraordinary community ensuring Peter’s Place can continue serving children and families who are grieving for years to come.
