Executive Director


Catsy Pemberton earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lake Forest College. Catsy is bringing with her a depth of leadership experience, an intimate knowledge of the communities Peter’s Place serves, and a passion for the mission of Peter’s Place.

Tony Morelli, MSS, LCSW, CT

Director of Off-Site Programs


Tony Morelli earned his B.A. in History from Dickinson College and his Masters in Social Services (M.S.S.) at the Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. He taught at the high school level for 10 years and has over a decade of experience working with both homeless and HIV/AIDS organizations.

Kimberly Nelson, MSW, LCSW

Director of On-Site Programs


Kimberly Nelson earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Eastern University and her master’s degree in social work from Widener University. Kimberly spent 10 years working in child welfare and adoption in Philadelphia and Los Angeles prior to joining Peter’s Place.

Leila Gordon, MBA, Gordon Business Solutions

Finance Manager


Leila worked in the Trust Departments of Provident National Bank (now PNC) and The Bryn Mawr Trust Company. She was also a Vice President in the Private Investment Counsel Group of Scudder, Stevens and Clark before starting her own business, Gordon Business Solutions, LLC.

Development & Communications Coordinator


Melissa received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Muhlenberg College. She has been an administrator and coordinator at nonprofit organizations for several years. She has a passion for helping the community and looks forward to supporting the mission of Peter’s Place.

Shelley Spear received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance from Drexel University. She has worked in marketing for more than fifteen years. She is excited to be supporting Peter’s Place as Office Coordinator.
