All of Peter’s Place’s peer support services are offered at no cost. No one is turned away because of financial limitations. We rely on the generous support of our community to make our services available to hundreds of grieving children and families each year.
Donations to Peter’s Place have meaning and impact
$13,925 provides a support group to 12 families for an entire program year. $4,000 helps keep Peter’s Place in a low-income school for a whole school year. $1,160 sponsors a family at Peter’s Place for a program year. $800 funds an 8-week support group for up to 10 grieving children in their own school. $250 refreshes worn-out costumes, dolls and toys used by children to express their grief through play. $120 sponsors a family at Peter’s Place for one month.
There are many ways to make a gift and help grieving children and families find comfort, hope, and healing. Online: To make a donation by credit card online, click here. Mail: Mail a check or your credit card information using our printable form (download, fill out, print, then mail). Tribute: Honor or memorialize someone through your Peter’s Place donation. United Way: Designate your United Way contribution to Peter’s Place through their Donor Choice option. For United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey designate donor #14576. For other United Way agencies, write in “Peter’s Place, 336 King of Prussia Road, Radnor, PA 19087.” Donate Items on Our Wish List: Peter’s Place has a Wish List of supplies that we need for our groups, ranging from gift cards, to snacks, to arts and craft supplies. These types of donations enable us to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment while growing our programs. We also have an Amazon Wish List.
